An examination and consultation are performed, and the type of Skinbooster/Mesotherapy is selected based on the specific needs of the skin. An anesthetic cream is applied before the procedure. The skin is then cleansed, and the procedure begins.
The procedure takes about 15 minutes. The product is injected via multiple pricks across the entire face, neck, and décolleté using a very fine needle. Papules—small bumps—form at the injection sites, which disappear completely within 24 hours after the procedure. Mild redness and swelling are possible after the procedure, but they subside quickly; in some patients, small hematomas (bruises) may appear.
Clinical studies demonstrate the lasting effect of the Restylane® Skinboosters™ procedure , with improved skin elasticity on the face and hands lasting up to 12 months after the initial treatment. Two to three sessions, spaced 2–4 weeks apart, are required to gradually restore the skin’s elasticity and smoothness.
Regular maintenance sessions (approximately every 6 months) are scheduled with your doctor, ensuring long-lasting results.
Skin boosters: Deeply hydrate, improve texture and elasticity without altering the volume or contour of the face.
Fillers: They are made of a thicker gel to contour the cheeks, plump the lips, and fill deep wrinkles by adding volume.
The procedure is most commonly performed on the face, neck, décolleté, and backs of the hands, where the skin most easily loses its moisture and elasticity.
For optimal results, a series of 2 to 5 treatments is recommended, spaced about 2–4 weeks apart.
The effect lasts between 6 and 9 months, after which one maintenance treatment per year is recommended.
The procedure causes minimal discomfort. Very thin needles or cannulas are used, and a topical anesthetic cream is applied in advance to more sensitive areas.
Mild side effects such as redness, slight swelling, or small bruises at the injection sites are possible. These reactions are normal and usually subside completely within 24 to 72 hours.& nbsp;
