Restoration of single, multiple, or all missing teeth by placing dental implants from renowned global brands
Restoration of single, multiple, or all missing teeth by placing dental implants from renowned global brands. Each case is planned individually using 3D tomography and virtual surgery software.
What is included:
Implant placement is a completely painless procedure, as it is performed under effective local anesthesia. During the procedure, you may feel slight pressure or vibration. After the anesthesia wears off, it is normal to experience mild discomfort or swelling, which can be managed with over-the-counter over-the-counter pain relievers.
The time required for osseointegration (the fusion of the implant with the bone) takes an average of 3 to 6 months. In some specific cases or when bone quality is excellent, loading may occur sooner.
Almost every patient is a suitable candidate. The only mandatory requirements are sufficient bone density and good oral hygiene. If there is insufficient bone, modern medicine allows for bone grafting (bone replacement) before or during the surgery itself. Smoking and uncontrolled diabetes can be risk factors.
This is a common fear, but the actual risk is minimal. Dental implants are made of titanium, which is biocompatible, and the success rate is around 95–98%. Potential failure is most often due to poor oral hygiene, smoking, or untreated inflammation.
They are designed to last a long time—decades or even a lifetime, as long as you take the same care of them as you do of your natural teeth.
When placing an implant, the adjacent healthy teeth are not ground down to serve as supports. Furthermore, the implant places a natural load on the jaw during chewing and prevents bone resorption.
Their care is the same as for natural teeth – brushing with a toothbrush and toothpaste twice a day, regular use of dental floss and interdental brushes, as well as check-ups at the dentist at least twice a year.
